Didn't get all the work I have done into my PowerPoint, and didn't get my final piece finushed either. 2mins 17s late submitting, though was uploading before 11.59, so he said that would be ok. Raging at myself, exhausted, don't think I'll be seeing a distinction for this module

Thankfully there's only the 5 shows, one Friday, two Saturday and Sunday. It's the only one in Sligo this year though, so we're already sold out in all but the last show on Sunday (well, assuming the Govt don't put the brakes on kids attending pantos this evening).

New role for me this year, I'm one of the buffoon brothers that bring the comedy... So pretty much how I am already Big Grin

“And so, after months of development, we are absolutely delighted to be launching the world’s first-ever Chocolate Orange Mayo, just in time for Christmas.”

After months of development, they are going to produce 200 jars? That they won't sell, but will go to winners of a competition. Dunno what Heinz are getting out of it, but it seems like a marketing campaign by terrys to get people to buy TCO's as xmas presents.

They just want mugs like me to whack it on social media and give both companies a bit of free publicity. And I walked into their trap!
Chocolate orange mayo is a step too far in fairness!
I like chocolate, I like oranges (and orange juice and fizzy orange and orange flavour jellies), I like mayo...
But none of these things should ever be mixed Confused
Blergh. Are they both modelez companies?
Heinz are off their heads, they also made kits a while ago to make ketchup-flavoured ice cream, along with other flavours like mayo or salad cream

They should have stuck at 57.
I actually feel a bit pukey after looking at the latest food posts.
Eugh. Must go to bed. Early start tomorrow.

In bed dreaming of orange flavoured choccie spread. That's my Christmas dinner sorted Big Grin
Bought a Paddy Box for my sis in Canada there for her Christmas pressie today. She's stressed about Christmas cos she might be losing her job and told us not to get her anything but I couldn't resist sending her a care package complete with some Barry's Tea, Tayto and Christmas cake Smile
I ordered a bone in rib roast joint yesterday at the local butchers for xmas. I'm very excited to have that, with stuffing, duck fat or goose fat roast potatoes, garlic mash, yorkshire pudding, gravy and two as yet undecided on veggies. I love doing a big fancy dinner for the few days over xmas

Ah that's lovely, hopefully she'll keep her job and the taste of home will help her destress some.

NPHET have advised cutting to 50% capacity Sad
Not clear yet if the government will listen...

Quote:Concerts/pantos/events
One of the most difficult decisions facing ministers today is whether to accept a recommendation that venues cut their capacity in half.

Health officials want live venues such as including entertainment, culture and sporting events to operate at no more than 50pc of a venue’s capacity and be fully seated.

Pantos are already under pressure as a result of a call for parents to limit the activities their children engage in.

Yep. It's not thought through at a practical level. Cutting theatres/gigs etc to 50%, when tickets are already sold, just doesn't work. Things will just get postponed.
