I second both those comments... have a dog myself, he's only been sick once but it made me so upset seeing him unwell

Oh gosh don't mention full moons.. I'm still having flashbacks of the werewolf game this week  Big Grin
Good to see I'm not the only one with werewolf PTSD in these parts pac

Deskside, fuming. I'm supposed to prepare a large data set for a sales rep that is supposed to start selling next week but can't do anything because of a bug in our software. Well, at least our admin will be well within reach once we return to the office next week...

Ha yeah it takes over your mind when you play it. Would you play again? It was only my 2nd game so getting into the swing of it

Hope you get to finish up soon!

It's been a long week so a chipper is on the cards later
Play again @thomil, the first game is very confusing. You knew I wasn't the wolf though so that's a good start!

It has been a long week, a lazy weekend is in store for me.
Well, home now and on some high vol alcohol. Nothing today that was apocalyptic but just one thing after another. Glad it's over.

For those with PTSD, Werewolf is a great game. I played it for many years. However, I do think it's not a game for those who are overly sensitive or thin-skinned, and that's why I have passed on it in more recent times.

That's interesting because in real life I would consider myself a little thin skinned and overly sensitive,  I hate confrontation. When playing ww I just see it as part of the game and not personal at all, like a puzzle that has to be figured out
I'm not sensitive and I have been know to be relentless with people where necessary, but I found being the bodyguard stressful as it was my first full game.
I'm definitely an over sensitive person, and the anxiety of it really gets me, even though I enjoy playing, and I've found being on the mod side much better.
Made it to Saturday, just got offered homemade pancakes (thin crepe style) for brunch by my friend and her Mom... Looking forward to a nice chill out day and hopefully winning the lotto later Wink Tongue pac A happy hopefully not working Saturday to all!
I just read that as munch instead of brunch, ari Big Grin Love the signature, by the way Smile

Deskside at home, "de-workifying" my desk for the first time in eighteen months. Great feeling not seeing the work laptop on my desk anymore Wink
Good luck back in the office next week, thomil!
I'm awake 6 hours and feel like I should sleep already.
Sleep is the best Smile
Sofaside, waiting for Strictly to kick off, and thinking I should eat something
I'm sofaside too thinking I should get a takeaway. There's a fridge full of food but nothing appeals.
What are the takeaway options?
Know the feeling, just about to push a pizza into the oven over here.

Was a weird day overall, spent most of it gaming. But I guess you need that every now and again...
Ah yeah, you have to just zone out and decompress every so often

I cooked onion rings tonight, does that count?
I had duck spring rolls and onion rings and corn on the cob.
A bit of a mish mash of what was in the freezer.
Good Morning everyone Smile

Tableside here with a mug of coffee, wondering where that bloody headache comes from all of a sudden pac

I love lucky dip dinners like that! Big Grin

Freezers, fridge and cupboard roulette can throw up some surprisingly nice combinations.

Not a fan of corn of the cob, but wonder if it could be improved by battering it.
