I don't own one, but I kinda figured more people were bought one as a gift or pressured into getting one for family, work or charity reasons. Still made it in on time and not too far off the mark, phew! Big Grin

Thanks! Yeah I thought the same as Ari.. some people would buy for themselves, others would be gifted or pressured into it for parties etc. Figured almost everyone must have one. Dammit. Now I have to put up with Triggers gloating!!!

The last Christmas jumper I had was about 10 years ago at this stage, picked up a cheap one in Penneys for my first (and only) 12 pubs experience.

No idea where that jumper got to either... certainly didn't come home with me Confused

4 questions in and I haven't come within an asses roar yet. Hopefully tonight's the night.

I never knew about the 12 pubs before I moved over, but we did something very similar in Bristol. First year we went to 9 pubs, whose first letters spelt Christmas. Every year it escalated a bit, we did it in Irish, Welsh, Spanish... eventually we were doing 14 pubs spelling Merry Christmas with the drinks in each also spelling it. I don't miss Archers in the Avon Gorge Tongue
