I will do that too. Tree and decorations can take hours so you need a free day for it really.
You know in America the tree goes up on Christmas eve and comes back down on boxing day!

Is that right?!
Mind you, they only get about 20 minutes annual leave over there don't they?

So surprised with how low the answer was. I chose super high not because I went too low yesterday, but because i genuinely thought everyone would have there's up already.
And I was even gonna lie and say that I had mine up so that no-one would know how
lazy busy I am.
Takes bloody hours and I just can't be bothered.

Forgt there was a tradition of putting them up on a specific date. I actuallt thought it was the 5th.
I usually put mine up mid november

Yes, employers there are under no obligation to give paid leave to employees, so suprise suprise: most of them don't

Nope, BB is definitely the Krampus. It's the role she was born to play!

My only issue with the first three questions is they haven't invited enough scorn upon you!!!!

No Loughc unfortunately, so it's 31 players today
"Only" 14 of whom watched the Toy Show! So the winning number is 45.2%

I thought everybody watched it??
I was going to say 40% but talked myself into believing it was too low! The 2 times I changed from my first instinct I was wrong.
I did say 75% but I said "no"

I said No too, but I thought I'd be one of the few outliers.

Bugger! I could have built up a nice lead today before I inevitably slide to the middle of the table.
Ah lads.. I work in TV advertising, how could I feck that one up! I thought 75% would have been too low

Oh crap! I'll update that later
It'll add a couple of points to most, but take them off anyone who guessed low
Ha I said50% but that it really would be lower , two days in a row second guessing myself !

According to my facebook memories, it's 10 years since I last watched it

I've never watched. Ever.
There's a clue if that's a future question.
@
Mam of 4 Stop lying, we all know you didn't watch it. Lol.
So, the lower our score in this game, the better, right??

Purple Mountain , I watched about twenty minutes of it , so I could talk to munchkin on the phone about it

It's 20 more minutes than I could manage of drunk on wine gums Tubridy!

He is the reason I don't watch it ! Intensely dislike him . Luckily one of the bits I watched was the young girl playing the Harp , she was fantastic !

The last time I saw it Tubs looked like he was coked off his head!

I never even watched it as a kid. Ours must have been one of the few houses in Ireland that The Late Late Show wasn't on TV every week. I've seen The Toy Show exactly once, a few years ago, and that's enough to last a lifetime.

I'm really crap at this... I foolishly thought that most boardsie type folk were grinches so went waaaay too low.... Good to dismiss any sense of optimism early though ?
