Very nice, I'm in all week then off till 3rd but not really bothered by this week, today will be the last really busy day then won't be much on.. Will log in on Christmas eve and that's it, may have to log back in at 3.30 to sign off some stuff but that should only take a few mins..
Cant wait for my week and a half off, been a long ass year

Sure has but I think you're right or I hope you are .. 2022 will be great! It has to be!!
Took a trip to the site today and brickwork flew up in the 2 weeks before Christmas, our row hasn't been started yet as it's phase 4 but phase one is nearly up now and phase 2 is half built with brickwork started on phase 3 so shouldn't be long before we start to see some progress on ours.
Our one is going to be in direct line of sight from the entrance so will be able to watch it go up over time, really exciting..
Couple of days left in this shitty year, then it's the year of the Trigs and Nitty @

Can. Not. Wait!
The last few months have been a real struggle, but things will improve immeasurably once we get the house, it'll be great
Hopefully yours won't take too long, Trig!
Only seeing your news now, @
lorcand1990 Best of health and happiness to your new little bundle and his mam and dad.
I bought a kinder bueno and have managed to not eat it before dinner

Obviously you are unwell
Might you have COVID ? ( remember Paul Reid says if you think you have it then you probably do )
If you dont think that you have COVID then you may need to seek medical advice
You can be excused doing this if :
(i) You are self isolating
or
(ii) Have managed to not forget to wear a mask
or
(iii) You buy another Kinder Bueno ...just because....
I somehow managed to lose half a pound over the festive season!
The bueno tasted good so I'm taking it as a sign I don't have Covid

Someone has to say it ...
I've been to Tenerife.
Not Timbuktu (too much political unrest) but I am going to book a jaunt to Twelverife

Never been there, but I did work with a woman from Timbuktu a good few years ago. Does that count?
I'd say it does
One thing all these places have in common is that Shane will have The Divils Own job getting any sort of data connection thru 48

Shane's been to paradise, but he's never been to data free. *
*Are you old enough to name the song? "D
*I'm not, for reference.
There's nothing better than going for a walk to stretch the legs and get some fresh air, then finding a nice, quiet bench to sit down and relax. Felt like I was watching the world from the outside without being part of it, great for clearing your head
For some reason my work phone isn't receiving incoming calls.
I'm devastated

Neither is mine. .
Mainly because it hasn't been charged since before Christmas
IHB I've got such a lovely mechanic
A salt of the earth guy that has so much time for me and my 101 questions.
Not happy to have a lighter bank balance, but it makes it easier to hand it over to someone that is so genuinely helpful..

My mother was driving her partner in to town for physio, when their car got a flat tire. Not only did the mechanic come out to them at the roadside, they also drove her partner to his physio appointment while the car was being worked on
Whatever price they charged, they earned it that day
