Toto has to switch banks as well. Initially she was going for AIB, but due to some glitch it wouldn't allow her do it online. She contacted them to make an appointment, but heard nothing after 3 weeks. I called on her behalf to try again and was told it needed to be booked online. Did that, and six weeks later still nothing. In the meantime she arranged an appointment with PTSB for today. AIB called her twice yesterday to see when she wanted to go and see them.
