If its murder in plain sight there has to be some interaction

You mean to commit the murder? My point was why they might have picked magda in the first place

Can you provide the exact name of the prize you won? We know the kill prize was called an "Insta banish"

Didn’t have a name. Just congratulations you have won the prize to remove one player who was on trial for murder.

Was that before or after banishment? Only watched one series  and first traitors game. Do we know if murders in plain sight are always after banishment in show? Does the game follow the show rules.

Bearing them in mind anyway as someone to watch for, along with Zeena and Weyland.

10 people won yesterday.

2 prizes definitely used. 1 supposedly used. I think there was at least one more prize. Double vote, possibly even a blocked vote too.

Therefore as I said yesterday there's at least one traitor in the 10. That's where I'll be voting today

Why did you call your vote yesterday self preservation, when all you were doing was saving zeena, not yourself?

I wouldn't rule out before or after the banishment. As I said, this is the only time Magda was explicitly mentioned. If they did have to name check a player its odd that they picked someone with so few posts, these stand out because it only happens twice

10 people won yesterday - winners were chosen from a group of 10 was my reading, Lorcan specifically said "prize(s)", so it was unclear how many

Just catching up - unlikely to win a prize as I’m busy all day. What were the prizes yesterday? A double votes, an instant banishment? What else?
i suppose that in the event of ever winning a prize a double vote would be nice 😊

I think it's important for us to clarify whether suspicious Magda interactions/namechecks etc.happened before or after banishment when trying to decide what are most likely candidates for killed in plain sight.

If anyone has more info on the show and the game could they let the group know whether murders in plain sight in the show or game have ever happened before banishment?
Does anyone who has previously played Traitors know if the game is faithful to the show in terms of rules?

The Magda kill is one of the best pieces of information we have at the moment.

Hi folks

Sincere apologies,  I made a mistake on yesterday's Murder in Plain Sight.

Magda should not have been the target. @Maeve the Madam was the target

Apologies also to Magda who was caught up in that

As a result, to make things fair to everyone I have to remove @Maeve the Madam as they were the original target for murder in plain sight

I have balanced this extra kill in the background to make it as fair as possible

Apologies again.  Feel free to rip the piss out of me later

ff mcd, rhoda, betty, tuck, pat, laura, donald.
tt prada, dora, ina, vincent, william, chris, maeve.

the tt's are a more faithful looking bunch than the ff's.

It didn't save you from banishment, it saved you from murder.

It’s my lack of punctuation and grammar that’s causing the confusion.

10am mod post has a “list” of 5 players up for murder.
I received a prize in the quiz which allowed me to remove someone that was up for murder. As I was one of the 5 on the “list” I removed myself.
Mod confirms on thread that McDonald has been removed from trial. They don’t say who removed them and I know I’m not obligated to say.
Mod then says someone has been banished and just incase it’s my name that comes up in their next post I quickly post that I removed myself from list. I definitely could have worded this better but I rushed to post.
I was talking about using my prize of removing myself from being murdered.

Most likely option to me. Also you are one of the few people to reference Maeve.

Murder in plain sight, whoever you vote for is murdered. So you voted off wagon. Because otherwise what is the point in wasting it on someone who is likely to be banished anyway.
How you voted was confusing as you clarified Magda not Maeve, hence Lorcan getting confused too.

Fits as far as I can see.

No my vote was correct as I voted for her due to the comment amount Amy saying she was faithful a lot - it was a copy of an earlier comment. The comment I got mixed up was the one someone repeated Amy’s theory - the look back wouldn’t have changed my vote.

I don’t think voting off wagon would be the mechanic as I wasn’t the only one to do so, therefore we can’t all be traitors

Yeah I was following what you were posting I was waiting for you to put in a bit of insight at the end..

That post from Zeena was odd at the time and I did call her out on it and explain which I think she ignored. Are you basing it purely on the anagram in it?

I didn't ignore you. Someone else asked the same question,  and I pointed you (or someone anyway to my post). I already had my suspicions on Amy- clearly incorrect- and Gordon as well as one of the more over- helpful posters and my suspicions generally.

I'm on the plane now and only on p17 of the thread. I'll try get to most recent post, but suffice it to say in the meantime, you have it wrong.

I'm claiming that voting for her was the mechanic.
You voted off wagon in this scenario as it's a waste of a kill otherwise if you placed a kill on someone who was banished beforehand.

Actually, now that I look at the voting - Amy & Gordon voted for Zeena but they're weren't the last two voters or anything:

zeena - prada, gordon, mcdonald, william, rhoda, amy
zeena - prada, gordon, mcdonald, william, rhoda, amy
@Zeena Warrior Princess, why did you "Poo" those two voters in particular?
Poo was me being upset as I thought I lost the vote.My explanation, much luke anyone else's at this stage,  purely subjective and I've explained it in my previous post there. Sorry for brevity

Hard to be 100% with these things lorc😉 I forgive you
