if the drive is encrypted, then no software is going to be able to recover anything without the encryption key (bitlock recovery key)
If the drive is not encrypted, start machine with a live boot usb (like https://www.system-rescue.org/ ) before reinstalling anything and copy all your files off onto another disk. (before reinstalling windows)
you do need access to another machine to make the live usb stick.
