Love gravy made from the juices, and I'd love to be able to cook it for that alone, but it's just one of those things in life that I've had to accept. I can't cook it
Get a meat thermometer and you can't go wrong. We do that the rare occasion that we buy a roast and it's perfect every time. Ikea have an inexpensive one that does the job perfectly.
