I had lovely roast beef for dinner today. To be fair, it was one of these prepacked roasts - comes in a foil tray, in a bag, and you just put it into the oven. It was cooked for 2.5 hours at 140 because it was brisket. It was so tasty! Definitely not rare though - how I prefer my steak!
