“Alright, settle down everyone...

Don't worry, I've only been brought back in temporarily for this case. I've enlisted the help of Wesley Evers to help co-ordinate this Task Force. As you are aware over the last few weeks a number of break outs have occurred across various State Penitentiaries. The majority of prisoners have been located and subdued.

However there are still a number of these at large.

Officer Nolan, you will lead the task force and I will expect you to use all of your various skills to hunt these down. I've equipped your shop with the most modern facial recognition software to help you, shoot to kill if necessary but remember to protect your team first and foremost.

I've assigned Lopez, Bradford and Harper to the team.

Lopez will provide you cover with the long gun each day, unfortunately her nanny is sick and Wesley is here so she won't be able to provide this during the night.

But don't worry, each night Harper is taking on an undercover assignment and will try to infiltrate the various locations that we think they are hiding. She will keep tabs on various people until the time is right.

Bradford, you will provide support and protection to the team and the wider officers during this investigation. If anyone gets too close, step in and shut it down.

The team will be supported by many other Officers (NRV) from the Mid-Wilshire station and be on your toes as we have been informed that there is a traitor in our ranks. Try to take them down before the criminals find them

Okay so now we know your roles, Wesley will update us on just who is left out there.”

“First up we have a man that will always be Alpha to you Officer Nolan!

Oscar Hutchinson

Oscar has been seen once since he escaped 2 weeks ago, holding up a Seven Eleven. We have a CCTV still here on the board and we believe he is the mastermind behind all of these Prison Breaks. We also believe he is behind the break in over in the North Hollywood station where Police uniforms were stolen and supplied to the escapee’s so they could be hiding in plain sight. Oscar though, is hard to track down and even harder to kill.

Next up is my own personal nemesis so please do your best to catch him.

Elijah Stone

Elijah, seen here in the last sighting of him leaving the Prison for a trip to the Hospital. He has gone to ground since escaping and we believe he has successfully made his way back to his Narcotics crew who are helping him move freely around LA. He will stop at nothing to block Officers from going about their business.

Monica Stevens

After recently double crossing the DA, her immunity agreement was withdrawn and she was sent to Prison, but through her extensive connections she somehow landed herself on Oscars escape list. She is influential throughout the crime world and has contacts all around the city. One of those we believe is within the Morgue. Monica it seems will be able to learn the identification of any of the fallen and will probably withhold that information from the rest until we can take her down.

There is one more who doesn't seem to be affiliated with the other 3, it looks like she has parted ways and gone on her own.

Rosalind Dyer

As we all know, Rosalind is a psychopathic serial killer who likes to play with her prey. We have intelligence coming in from our outside sources that she is planning a new spree, against our department. She also doesn't like sharing the limelight so expect her to target the Criminals also. Word on the streets is that she has built a new bunker where she will torture her victims thoughout the night.

That's everything, Good luck, and Stay Safe”

OK so Nolan has various skills, looks to be facial recognition (seer role), bodyguard and a gun. So a JOAT.
Lopez has a gun during the day.
Harper is tracker by night.
Bradford is bodyguard?

Wolves then have :
Oscar - Alpha, can't be tracked, and can survive a shot.
Elijah - "stop at nothing"?
Monica - priest

SK Rosalind - night action, torture.

So only shot from that is Lopez during the day and given it's day one, should have it as an action.
Shot was diverted, so hopefully it means it was aimed at Oscar with the harder to kill.

I'm guessing the only way to know that would be for the villager with a gun to come out and confirm, which is obviously not going to happen.

First post says Lopez has a gun. I don't see anything about the wolves having one though. So based on that, it looks like Lopez took a shot? My instinct is that Lopez took a shot which didn't work.

Reading the initial aftermath of the failed kidnapping, I feel Dora posted a few times in rapid succession after being more lax during the day. A few people (Marki, Moe and Amy specifically) were trying to discuss the kidnapping who have been relatively active, and maybe it's just a case of Dora seeing something she can talk about (without having to start launching accusations) but it does feel it triggered a little bit of engagement.

Which makes me wonder if it was someone panicking a bit after their power failed and were trying to figure out why.

7 posts over Saturday, Sunday & Monday. 5 posts right after the kidnapping.

Thats an interesting note Benji, well spotted.

For tonight's vote I'm going to go for Vincent and that's locked in as I'll be off for the next hour or more so won't have a chance to chat more until after the vote.

Main reason has been sparodic posting and not much else, possible wolf trying to get active, or just a person with not a lot of time to play. Either way I'm going there for now and will see how this evening goes.

Just not a lot of time to play today. I'm frantically trying to play catch up on almost 10 pages of thread.
Also it's not sporadic given it's day one.
I won't be able to play during the work day much, I will be online more in the evenings.

Just catching up on a very active evening of posts! I’m wondering if the failed kidnapping and missed shooting were aimed at the same person? Did the wolves think this person could only be protected once then try again?

I've just logged my vote now at 10 past 8

I've vote William and reason been is like I stated earlier I think they are posting for sake of it, the majority of their posts were in an hour time frame this afternoon and nothing valuable.

Sorry been out all day, had a quick skim of the thread and will be voting for William based on the vote post count as it comes across as trying to be helpful and stick in peoples minds. I’ve no issue with people posting vote counts but it’s a very strange first post

Are wolves actions not night time actions though? The only day action we have in the OP is Lopez

I've not really got thoughts about William and don't want to just vote for him cause others are. But I feel i have no reads on 80% of the players right now.

Strongest icks are Jacob and Dora. Maybe Mick too but its based entirely on his first post.

Oscar being hard to kill might mean each attempt is randed? We had that mechanism in the Clarkson game and the vig had a 33% chance of hitting in the Father Ted game.

From the game rules

5) Game starts with Saturday & Sunday considered as an extended Day 1, with the first Yeet/Lynch at 9.30pm Monday Evening (some role actions may take place prior to this on Monday only, no actions will take place on the Sunday). After 9.30pm Monday will be considered night 1. Set time for Munch is 10am & for Yeet/Lynch is 9.30pm. This game will operate an open night phase.

This part in bold could indicate it was a night time activity from Sunday maybe rolled over as Sunday was day 1, hence the Monday only line. Kidnappnig Could be SK still?

Amy was on the thread but didn't discuss the failed kidnapping. In order it was me, Countess, Moe, Edward, Dexter, Benji, Dora, Jester, Jacob, Kevin, Vincent and Ina who discussed it.

Why would you say 'Marki, Moe and Amy specifically' discussed it when it's clearly false?

I read back on the thread earlier and the posters who I took note of as not contributing as much in terms of dissecting wolf roles or figuring out what is going on were Boris, Dora, Gordon, Ina May, Vincent and William.

There was a bit more engagement with the two failed actions but they are easy enough things to comment on. Not sure were my vote will land tonight, there's very little information to go on, but it will likely be amongst the six I mentioned unless there is a decent wagon alternative.

Well yeah I said they were at the top of my list earlier today after a bit of back and forth with them and they've been fairly absent since. Haven't offered anything so why would I change

Didn't you say you were gonna come back this evening with some reads?

I've no issue you pointing this out it's a fair angle but one thing i will say is I haven't been tracking the thread live I've had to catchup when I get chance the past two days and by time I do everything has been pretty much discussed and I'd be repeating what's already been said or taking the thread backwards. I've been on this evening and I had an opinion on the failed kidnapping and gave it.

Well, I mentioned six people, so obviously not all or even none of them may be wolves or SK. I'm also mindful that rolled players can appear suspicious as they too have something to hide. I just don't want to end up in a position were there are lots of people not saying much and thus nothing to choose between them. I'm trying not to OMGUS regarding things I don't like and focus on who seems intent on being useful.

That's what  trying to figure out - if there are 2-3 wagons already, I'll decide amongst those. I actually thought yeet was at 9pm so I'm not under as much pressure as I thought

I didn't have any strong leans earlier but I'll try to skim the failed actions from earlier

No you're right to say it. I'm just replying because I'm online and it hopefully helps stop a narrative forming. I don't think you're far wrong for what it's worth it's a good read.

Well yeah I said they were at the top of my list earlier today after a bit of back and forth with them and they've been fairly absent since. Haven't offered anything so why would I change

Didn't you say you were gonna come back this evening with some reads?

Or is it because I pointed out a glaringly obvious hole on your post where you called me out as a one post wonder but failed to mention the other?

As I said earlier, I would be back on the thread tonight which I am. Not posting as much/often as you believe I should be does not make me wolf.
