Then again, Betty claimed she was a newbie- not necc a lie- and it turned out she was a wolf, so...shows you what a good judge of charachter I am!
 A bit cryptic
Did we ever find out who Tom was ? Could it be a reference to someone or something?

In my opinion, voting for someone cause they don't have a lot of posts, and not many of substance (aside from your long post), is more productive than trying to clear someone based on a handful of posts.  Unless the handfull of posts are helpful, giving reads, insight etc

Ok fair enough. I do think a lot of posters posting ability/timing and so on, comes down to their ability to contribute during the working day. Usually I would have a bit more freedom during office hours, but today I didn't, hence the jumbo post.
I never know when to read into people's posting times or not. All I can say is in my case, it is a misconstruel.

I am really torn here. There are a lot of players being helpful and then unhelpful and then helpful again.
Peek: Pat or Magda
Shoot: Wendy or Laura on reflection. Coz i am not sure on the others. And Vernon gets a pass tonight. As does Betty if she is being truthful.
Protect: Me. Or perhaps Vern or Betty given my reasoning above.
I am going to read back one more time and then vote.

I voted you because of all the accusations you had flying about. Not much more than that tbh.

The clouds darken and I worry what lies ahead of us.

I also feel like there is something brewing from thr GMs. This is definitely not going to be ordinary straightforward gameplay.

Thanks for helping me get my loaf straight last evening @Pat the Baker
If my old wizened bones survive the morning, I think we should look at @Laura the Lace Mistress for a re read on characters to see where her head is at.
I would also be interested to hear from Ina and William anything they have found in the ancient texts that could be of use.

I think there was some definite odd flurry gameplay last night and we need to see clearly who and why

The above post by Prada is 9:45pm. However it is 2 players she is calling out. Edward and Rhoda. Not just Edward here.
The whoosh whoosh post really makes me think they checked Rhoda.

There you go then.

Still would like Laura to come back on here and do another round up. Why was her read the way it was in the beginning. She is very informed I feel.

@Ina May the Midwife I agree with you on Edward, MAgda, Laura. THink you need to throw Wendy in the mix there. I feel like there is tag teaming going on and Pat and I is getting caught up in the cross fire.
Interesting read on Frank but I would need more info. Were they just stopping MAeve from oscaring?

That whole thing about the morning thing about Edward is super weird.
That aside, I am not wholly convinced they are SK necessarily. I do think there are some posters on here deflecting away from them onto other random people or just moving the conversation along. For reasons best known either to themselves, or between themselves.

@Wendy the Wench why are you asking only about Ben and not about the other low posters/ one voters? And why are you asking only MAgda?

I am using speech to text.So if it goes a bit wonky , apologies. The fighting irish thing was directed at william , and I wonder what he mean.
In relation to w o m I meant world of men william didn't speak much today , and then comments in a very obscure manner about a football match in the world of men as opposed to all of the happenings on the threa. Tread.
In relation to my suspicions, I see that everyone is going for Edward. I don't believe his protestations, but I am also deeply suspicious of those who voted for me last night because I know who I am and therefore I am looking at Laura or Magda. Their posting has been peculiar in 2 different ways. Today, Laura, for only popping in now, but that could be wom related and Magda, for the back-and-forth with Wendy over and over.

Well, it\n Is a toss up between Wendy and Magda? And if looking at the voting, I would have to go-between Laura and Magda and so the cross over in the pie chart there for me, is Magda.

How many of us revealed on thread who we were voting for? Was it common knowledge that Betty was up? If so then there could be wolves in the votes for the other high voted player trying to save Betty

There were declared votes but there wasn't really a consensus at all. In fact Rhoda would have probably been lynched but for Maeve's vote and Wendy switching last minute. Magda had an 8.58 vote on Rhoda

@Wendy the Wench who did you switch off last min to move onto Betty?

(13-10-2025, 08:56 PM)Maeve the Madam Wrote: I'll go with Betty then

So Maeve hops on the thread and after a little bit of discussion hops on Betty, this means at this point the wagons are:

Betty - Ina, Edward, Maeve

Rhoda - Pat, Laura

One minute later, Rhoda posts the following:

(13-10-2025, 08:57 PM)Rhoda the Spinster Wrote: Vote in for Wendy. I am not happy about it. My peeks might be a better vote but hey ho.

That doesn't change the top wagons at all, Betty is still in the lead by a vote.

(13-10-2025, 08:58 PM)Magda the Maid Wrote: Jaysus the hint of wolf off this.. switching to Rhoda

Magda then pops onto Rhoda at 8.58, tying the top wagons so it looks like this:

Rhoda - Pat, Laura, Magda*

Betty - Ina, Edward, Maeve

*Magda has last vote so if this was final vote count Rhoda would have been lynched

(13-10-2025, 09:12 PM)Wendy the Wench Wrote: i switched back to betty in last few seconds.

This post from Wendy comes post lynch closure - which confirms the top wagon and Wendy's last minute vote the killing blow on Betty.

Betty - Ina, Edward, Maeve, Wendy

Rhoda - Pat, Laura, Magda.

Last vote no longer matters as Betty has more votes, but Wendy likely would have gotten it anywho.

Two things I can't quite understand.

Why no self pres on Rhoda from Betty. Also, Rhoda doesn't self pres onto Betty either. Red flag to me there in terms of alignment, it indicates that both may be wolves and didn't want to vote each other.

Instead, Rhoda and Betty both end up voting Wendy together. Possible that they thought Wendy would have more votes and tried to make her the counter wagon? Can't answer that question firmly until we know Rhoda's alignment though.

If Rhoda is village or the SK, Magda becomes a highly priority possibility for wolf based on the timing of her voting Rhoda, as it tied the wagons with Betty.

We shall cross that bridge if necessary but worth bearing in mind. I'm not convinced that Rhoda's a villager though but I thought it best to include this in my post.

(14-10-2025, 09:02 AM)Rhoda the Spinster Wrote: That's interesting insight Ina. I actually had in my head that made Magda safer and Laura was the voter on me I was most suspicious if.
On Wendy, and perhaps she can clarify. She said early on Berry or Edward and then went Betty. Why? Hopefully she can clarify

Obviously the eyes are going to fall on my day one vote, RL issues hindered me from getting on thread till just before lynch that day and I seen something that made me change my mind. I make no excuses for that and I own that vote.

So with that in mind. I am going to come out here. And get ahead of ye all so you can get ahead of the munch/kill in the morning and discuss other potentials before 2 players are killed off, one of which will probably be me.

So come on down to Hobbiton, where the people are always tiny..

Yes Merry was a friend of mine. I'm one of the important rank of ring bearers, The Rhoda vote will need to be looked at, personally I would be starting with Laura.

But not before I would be getting rid of Edward imo. I think he played the thread for a cod tonight. But I think there was some abling partners there.

I'm putting this out there now, cause I may be gone in the morning and if I do it closer to munch, it may be too late to get everyone involved in the discussion of who to look at next

Why do you say you might be gone in the morning? If people are talking about lynching you  then you are probably the least likely to be munched/killed

yes, when the dead seer has laid some fairly concrete breadcrumbs on someone i will take that for gospel, certainly with autopriest.
