I thought You've Got Mail was Sleepless in Seattle and wasn't sure what that Batman movie was. I didn't know LA Confidebtial and didn't recognise Die Hard.

LA confidential is the one I didnt know, never thought of it as a Christmasy related movie. Its good but vastly overrated

Ah Shane, Little Women was a great film and book! I didn't recognize the image though.

I assumed no one would guess You've Got Mail since RomComs aren't terribly popular. It was the only one I knew.

Same  and even then I wasn't 100% sure because I haven't seen it.

In fact the only one of those films I've seen is Gremlins, about 25+ years ago! And although I recognised Gizmo, like Aaron said I couldn't be sure whether it was Gremlins or Gremlins 2. 

I did guess at Edward Scissorhands and Little Women from the pictures, but they were just guesses. 

Had no idea on the others.

I remember one Christmas Eve it was on a dozen or so different channels

My brother and I watched it on Sky Movies in the early evening, then flicked over to TG4 for a 9pm showing, before catching a midnight showing on the BBC

We had it on DVD at the time, but it was fun watching screenings as they aired

Sounds like you've been taken in by the big corporations.. thats what they want you to think 

Die hard is kinda a victim of its own success, its too popular to just be classed as a Christmas movie cause you can watch it all year round,  but in its essence yeah it's Christmas

And while Die Hard may have a lot of action, the plot is basically all about John McClane getting to spend Christmas with his Wife. What's more Christmassy than than spending time with the family
