I decided to go with a TV Theme Cover for my Freestyle, as growing up playing Trad Music me and a few friends used to love mixing things up by working some TV Theme Covers into the middle of Trad Sessions and they were always crowd pleasers... Dallas, EastEnders, Round The Twist, Pokémon, and DuckTales are the ones I remember us doing most, along with the Super Mario and Tetris themes...

Toyed with going with either Pokémon Cover (also from Saturday Morning Slow Jams) or Brendon Urie's performance of DuckTales on Jimmy Fallon for this round, but felt giving the underrated hero that is Darkwing Duck a bit of a nod more apt on this occasion.

Yeah I thought I would love it but couldn't because of the sound. My learnings though from the first round is to have a listen, maybe check out original (as per Liz song, might have liked it better) and then listen again. Today was a busy day so difficult but that will be what I will do going forward. The best bit of this is listening to music I might not normally. Even the research, picking entries was brilliant..

I love my song in the Irish category, but don't think I'll survive long enough to see the reaction to it.
