Robin Williams was truly a comic genius and I'm more than happy to have him in the semifinals of this prestigious FOG event. 

The Tom Hanks / Robert De Niro casting vote genuinely took me over an hour to make and I'm still not sure I've gone the right way. In the end the deciding factor was if I was to meet one of them in person who would it be and I chose Tom. 

I'm so pleased that James Stewart made it this far. It's a bit like Dan Walker on this years Strictly you know he shouldnt  be there but you can still be happy for him. Robert Downey Jr's progress has really surprised me but the more you think of it the better he seems to be. 

I thought Paul Newman was going to just shade this one and he even raced into a 4-0 lead before being clawed back by the very talented Alan Rickman.

Abstain - Robin Williams is fine, but that's it really. I wouldn't turn off one of his films, but I wouldn't go out of my way to watch one either. And I think I'm possibly the only person in the world who doesn't like Tom Hanks. Imo he pretty much plays the same character in every film, Tom Hanks. Seems like a nice guy, but completely overrated as an actor.

Tom Hanks v Robin Williams - Great to see both getting this far, but Robin deserves to be in the final much more than Tom. I know I voted for Tom a few times along the way, but I think he was lucky to even get to here - it was a case of who he was up against at each match. Robin is rightly recognoised as a comic genius, but it is often forgotten what a brilliant acting talent that he was.

Robert Downey Jr. v Alan Rickman - Both are good actors, but I don't think Robert should be still here at this stage. Alan is a great actor. He is the dark horse here and I am surprised he got this far.

I suspect that it's just been much longer (for me anyway) since I've seen a Paul Newman or James Stewart film.
