There's a fake claim in there, Gordon says he protected himself and thats why shots failed, if anyone took a shit at Gordon that would semi clear him or peek him. Robin could be just as easily at the same thing

Hi Gordon, there's a wolf priest, a lack of counter claim does nothing to prove yourself.

If someone took a shot at you, then you're semi cleared or you need to be peeked.

I just feel everyone has taken his word on the claims he makes without any proof. He comes across as an experienced player so could easily be up to mischief.
