My personal view on it is that I think one of the top 3 posters are a traitor trying to sway the dialog. Dora has had suspicions on her (particularly with the voting pattern) but I also see Dora and Rhoda going at each other hard. So, I'm hedging my bets that it's one of them.
William is the other top poster btw, but I feel he is safe.
