I think they are policy lynches at this stage. At least one if not both of them are wolves.

Has to be both surely. Voting together on all 3 lynches and whenever there's a tie we haven't gone to a roundtable which is specifically called out.

We had lovers in the faithfuls, makes sense there's possibly something in the traitors too

Well theoretically it could be one traitor with a double vote, the other a faithful, and it is coincidence they are both on the same wagon, which is due to it being a top wagon.

Just in case when we policy lynch one turns up green, the other still likely traitor.
