Do the votes take on the same format as the traitors. Lorcan asks me for my vote, then you, then someone else, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.

Or do we all just have one time to place vote within that window? If so, do traitors vote straight off or wait till the latter part of the hour to see why way the votes are going?

To vote, please clearly state VOTE then the player name you wish to vote for. Once declared you can’t change your vote.
