I didn't pick up on the "May or may not have occurred' bit. That's very odd,but 2 shields in one night seems off and no one else has claimed they won one.

What are your thoughts on the prize the countess has claimed?

I'm conflicted on that, it would be a handy way for a wolf to get through a couple of days as 3 villagers are sent packing but there's a huge risk there if not believed. If we knew there were 3 traitors I'd say it was worth taking the chance, but if there's 2 it would be crazy.
