I probably would use Santy if I was talking to a Santa-believing child.  Though it’s been years and years since that has even happened.  Like Homer, I avoid that experience as much as possible.

This was along the lines of my vote with disclaimer EN got this morning... I believe I use Santa the majority of the time, but there is a risk if presented with a small child at Xmas the question of whether 'Santy' brought them something nice comes out of my mouth
