Can only speak for myself but I didn't have to declare my banish and I had the day to decide. Not sure if the others were time restricted, although it's funny why they aren't been questioned about them holding off their decision.

I didn’t have to declare either and had the say to decide who I would take off the kill list.

No brainer that I’d be choosing myself and there was no reason to hold off on letting Lorcan know either.

I was calling suspicion on her as mentioned before around when she first popped into the thread so it could be a ruse to garner support by calling out 2 faithful. Whether she is or isn't I can't say for sure, only one way to find out though.

I would. Gains village points of/when those she peeks are village.
We only have her word too she won an alignment peek, traitors know alignment so she could claim the win, and not actually have won.

What is this post meant to mean, makes no sense?

Are you trying to deflect from the current conversation?

it means that people are saying ben is new, and they are not. even ben is saying they are not.

distraction from what exactly?

This is interesting then. If I was a traitor and won a prize, I would be inclined to keep schtum as it only draws attention to you. Of course I cant speak for everyone. The McDonald prize is interesting in that if he were a traitor, he could pick someone else and make them look suss.

I think I will be voting Vincent tonight, his flip coupd tell us a lot

but they are more than likely both faithfuls. would you not prefer to flip somebody who is acting suspicious?

I don't buy the drama about Betty's timing re entering the game and posting on thread.

I agree that flipping Vincent will give us more information tonight. That means that Pat or I will be murdered tonight. If neither Vincent or whoever is murdered tonight is a traitor that leaves McDonald and whoever of Pat/Amy are still in the game out of the original 5 named.

I don't like Zeena's posts and would happily vote there.

Hard to know what to make of the low posters and the McDonald/Lilly thing is still in the back of my mind, especially since Mc was on the list and got himself off it.

We don't know if there were more than 3 prizes so I'm hoping someone can give some info before the vote.

I had already mentioned Benji so not much explanation needed there. I felt Vincy was driving the thread so he felt like the natural second pick.

Some of the theories on here are nuts, that Benji would be in trouble so id ride in with a made up prize to save him?
There's some people driving the narrative about my timing but I've given my explanation, I cant do much more.
I'll be voting Vincent because he resolves the most questions. If the theory of there being a traitor in the famous five then IMO it has to be him because we know his alignment matches Benji. Interestingly both are voting for me, which is convenient.

Thanks for this. That makes sense. I knew you'd mentioned Benjamin before but I didn't follow the Vincent pick. Picking a high poster is logical.

That prize theory came from something I said because I take everything I read on this thread with a healthy pinch of salt. I also said that I hadn't seen anything to suggest that you were a Traitor. The timing thing is a bit loose to my mind. It was a speed challenge. I'd question anyone who saw the word scramble chose to post in the thread ahead of participating.

It is interesting that both of your alignment picks seem to be considering you. I'd have thought it more cleared both than anything else and so they'd be positively disposed towards you.

Not a huge amount to go on day one.

Based on illegal meta reasoning I would lean faithful wrt Benji and thus Vincent. Probability worked out earlier leans towards Vincent/Benji being faithful also. Amy and Pat seem faithful to me (although good traitors can seem faithful). If I was voting within the murder pool it would be towards whoever is getting the most votes at the time I post (to resolve them) or Vincent for the flip info.

Increasingly liking Xeena as someone to vote for outside the murder pool as they had an early post to look active and then a few nothing posts this afternoon..not getting a sense of trying to solve anything.

If wagons are developing or any one has good hunches I could also go along to resolve.

My first post today was saying that i entered the competition, because when i seen the competition, i dashed to enter it, even though that was 25 minutes after the competition was over, as i think everybody who won anything answered before 20 past 11.

For Vincent double edged sword. More likely to be voted for banishment as a flip but if they survive unlikely to be murdered. I wouldn't be thrilled about it, but he was already in the murder pool so was at risk of muder anyway (unless he's a traitor).

I'm not inclined to vote one of those on trial at this point. I think with the numbers in the game that's it's more likely that the Traitors will have put all Faithful into the mix and sat back and watched as doubt was cast on them.

My list at moment is

Benjamin for posting a lot but not really driving anything forward. created confusion around being “new” which is an example of the confusion..

Betty had the earlier timing issue and the Benji/Vincent alignment pick still needs resolving. I know I initially gave her a kinda pass but that was based on missing context.

William not a strong lean but the Kevin instabanish with a full day to think about it is questionable. Admitting it helps, but a wolf could do that too.

Zeena is another soft lean for low contribution and dipping in/out but not really adding anything when here. The not knowing how to vote for example.

Catching up on mobile here.

I was leaning Benji earlier and probably still am. The Betty theory is interesting but it could just have been coincidence with the timing.

Dora also on my watch list, could just be a good faithful poking around but feels a bit like stiring or planting seeds.

Amy, William, Vincent and Gordon are the ones giving me the most faithful vibe.

betty / ben / vin very likely all 3 faithfuls.

william very likely faithful

i don't remember zeena much, so you can have that one, but all the rest are bad picks.

Do the votes take on the same format as the traitors. Lorcan asks me for my vote, then you, then someone else, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.

Or do we all just have one time to place vote within that window? If so, do traitors vote straight off or wait till the latter part of the hour to see why way the votes are going?

Is that not two cheeks of the same ar$e? Kev was a no poster.

Someone helpful is a Traitor imo. Don't know who yet.
Couple of posters have gone quiet near voting time which is suspicious. Amy, Ina, Betty.
Although someone said they were out pitch side. I forget who. Leeway if it if was one those.

I don't have much of a problem with Williiams teh Grave Robbers choice of Kevin to autobanish, as that is a crapshoot at this point, and it did narrow the murder pool. I do take issue with picking no posters to vote for as that is a wasted vote and gives no useful information.

Just catching up now. On p10 rn

But he was in the murder pool, so wasn't pulled from no where and there was some sense to it. Whereas voting to banish someone at vote time who will almost certainly be mod killed and provides no utility is pointless.

Players, the time for talking is over.

You must now cast your votes for who you think is a Traitor on thread by 9.30pm. The person with the most votes will be banished. Remember, you can only cast your vote once.

In keeping with The Traitors, I’d rather chat is now solely focused on who you are voting for and why, but it’s not something I will be enforcing!

Sell it to me.
benji yesterday asked him would he accept a traitor invite and he blanked him. Didn’t interact at all. Dora told Benji it was an interesting question that he posed and Boris was following along and responded to Dora.

Today I bring it up Boris and he genies into the thread. Says there’s loads of extra pages but just happened to land at the time I posted about him. Do you jump to last page or the beginning or middle? I dunno.

bit dodge to me.

No offence, but what does "genied the thread mean"? I replied to the most recent post about the topic ... didn't know that was somehow not allowed. My bad.

Genied means - I mention you and whoosh you appear. Just like now. You are following but not contributing.
