Still live. In contrast a studio recording is done in multiple takes, each track recording seperately, and mastered to sound the best it can.

of course live in the studio might sound better than a town festival

Standouts for me this round:

Was gonna throw a vote on Bryan Adams and Alanis Morrisette, because I do like those songs, but I'm in a voting for the underdogs kind of mood this morning, and underdogs they ain't

@Wichita Lineman a song I haven't heard from an artist I haven't heard and I instantly loved it

@Spears I've been a big Three Days Grace fan for many many years, so always great to see them included

@Irish Aris was actually gonna submit an Arkells/Tegan & Sara collab for this round, but changed it right before submitting to the Tegan & Sara (sans Arkells) track, nice to see Arkells included though

@Tauriel some people hate on Nickelback because its seen as cool to do so, but I've always been a big fan and yet to hear a song of theirs I don't like

Was a bit undecided on @Neowise song choice. After listening to it a couple of times, it's after really growing on me. So I went back & gave it a thumbs up

I didn't even know they were Canadian  
When looking up bands that were suitable for the category, I seen them mentioned & dived on this song to be submitted.

Seems like the song may be a bit on the heavy side for a lot of folk here, but it's on one of my most played playmix's & I love it.
It's probably even my favourite of all my submissions in the game

Good morning everyone!! Hope you all enjoy the long weekend!!
I am in a great mood today after attending my first gig of the year last night, so ended up thanking many of the songs in this round.

Special mentions to:
@Neowise  and @Spears  - for submitting something different, especially Neo. I wouldn't be a metal fan, but we didn't get many of these in this tournament, so it is very refreshing.
@Rachel Stevens on a Pogo Stick  - I have the Hey I'm Just Like You album in my music library but I don't remember this song at all. Now I wonder what else did I miss, so I will go back and re-listen to the whole lot of it
And most of the songs from the lounge - bar Hallelujah maybe, as per my earlier comment!!!
