Thanks guys, I'm glad I took part and delighted to get this far. I sometimes find a Walrus a bit daunting, trying to pick songs for one person, but this tournament format was very enjoyable. I hope ye like my remaining selections (I have no idea what is left 🤣). Today's turd 💩😋 is still a song I love even if it isn't everyone's cuppa. Mine is a Barry's Decaf so I think hopefully the Corkonians in the lounge won't object 😉

On Sunday then I'll be able to vote but the judging might be difficult, have young lads christening so will prob be out but will try and get on as close to 8 as I can. Expect a quick and uninformed decision... So pretty much like every day only with more alcohol added

Unfortunately I think the slightly dodgy sound might go against you: the judges seem to prefer the crystal clear webcam and studio live versions to a bit of audience live grit.

Hmm so there's a clear split for me today, 2 I didn't like and 2 I did

I prefer the Sinead o Connor version to the dixies, so that's a no to Deja. Spears that song did nothing at all for me so can't vote for it

Not sure which I prefer between Aaron and RSOAPS, both good but not blowing me away. Gonna have a listen again in the afternoon but I might end up voting for those 2

From the lounge I enjoyed Liz and sephs, maybe leggy at a push.. I really like my song for this round too, its hauntingly brilliant but that's just my opinion

Thats my favourite today. Have to be strict with thanks as we get to the business end of proceedings. No easy rides to the final. Havent time to listen to my fellow lounge acts just yet but I'm sure we were all amazing and better than the qualifiers anyway.
