I had an inkling it might have been the answer it was as I knew Fe was iron, but I was not sure about Au and Ag, although I did suspect the latter was gold. My dilemma was which lifeline to use. I had a feeling that I might not be the only one stuck so I ruled out Ask The Audience on that basis. I did consider 50-50, but it would have really only worked for me properly if the wrong option offered was Fe. So, that just left Phone A Friend. I had a feeling that EN would know this one. Ah yeah, it wasn't throwing darts at a map or anything, but I say I'm only 60-70% confident today.

If it was real money I think I'd have used a lifeline but Kol keeps telling me it's not real money and that I should stop contacting his solicitor!

Same as Nitty today. Not a wild guess, but some logic, deduction, and knowledge. If it was for real money, even 80 quid instead of 8,000 I would have used a lifeline just to be sure but somewhat confident.

So..

California- Sacremento I'm sure of
Washington is one people might confuse because DC and Washington state are different so the answer there might be Seattle, although I am probably wrong there 😬
New Jersey is a tough one, between Jersey City and Trenton but couldn't say which, but not Tallahasse!

That really helped writing those down so yeah.

Process of elimination, and a bit of "I think I know this" again. New York is Albany and California is Sacramento.
That leaves Washington and Florida.

I don't know what Washingtons is, and that's off up in the North West, I've no reason to be knowing anything up there beyond Canada is above it, Oregon is below it and Seattle is a big city with the Seattle Seahawks playing football there.. Tallahassee does sound familiar so going to go with Florida.
