If that was a reference to a Duffy song then it totally went over my head. I was lucky to have heard of her, never mind know any of her songs.
THE REVEAL - Aaron Jenning's House Of Games
ROUND 2 - DISTINCTLY AVERAGE
On to the next round which, of course, is a Pairs Game. That means it is time to reveal the teams, which were generated completely at random
Will you and your partner be on the same page? Will they help guide you towards the answer? Or will they drag you down with them? Let’s find out…
![[Image: bsR0WOU.png]](https://i.imgur.com/bsR0WOU.png)
Points will be awarded to a minimum of 5 teams for each question in this round, which may increase depending on tied answers

I know nothing about anything.....
Q5:
Most of the individual answers were on roughly the same page here, with answers ranging from 300 to 1,100. With one glaring exception, however, as one person answered 5,698,979 which, in case you’re interested, is further away from Earth than a NASA satellite was when it took this photograph: https://www.nasa.gov/image-feature/from-...and-beyond
That is going to be bad news for that team, as the correct answer was 466.
Below is the list of individual answers on the left, and the list of team answers on the right, listed from smallest to largest (gold means two points each, green means one point each):

A wide variety of individual answers here, ranging from as low as 50,000 to as high as 4 million - which would almost be the entire population of Ireland. The correct answer was 550,742, but how close were the team averages?

We're getting closer at least Leggy

I've driven through Connaught for hours without seeing anyone. Where are they all hiding?

Q7:
With the exception of one low estimate of 863, there was a nice, tight grouping of answers for this question. One person appropriately nominated 1,989 as their guess, with the highest submission being 5,689
And, considering the correct answer was 2,921, that means everyone is in good contention for points with this question

Poor EEFGG was only 19 seconds off the correct answer, but scores 0 points. Cruel luck

Q8:
Some of you said before the reveal that I must have had fun reading some of the answers... that was most definitely true for this question
By far and away, this was the question with the greatest diversity of answers. At the low end of the scale, the smallest individual number guessed was 25,000, and at the high-end, it was a whopping 1.5 billion, which incredibly was guessed by two separate people
The correct answer, as of last night, is 7,322,686, which was an in-memoriam Tweet for the late actor, Chadwick Boseman

SCORES AFTER ROUND 2:
Barney and E.N. were the highest-scoring team in that round, the former of which now holds a slender lead over the competition, with eight people just a single point behind

Yeah, the really embarrassing ones are coming up!
ROUND 3 - KING OF THE JUMBLE
Q9:
Right then, on to Round Three. Or, more accurately from my point-of-view, The Apologies To Necro Round
The correct answer for this question was Ohms and Mohs. Two people submitted “Ohm and Moh”, however since the Mohs Scale is named after an actual person, it means you can not have a singular ‘Moh’, and therefore I must disallow both
One person also submitted “Ohm and Mohs”. Unfortunately, since the basis of Round 3 is that the words must be perfect anagrams of one another, I’m afraid I can’t allow that one either - sorry about that
