I didn't know what the above meant so I went back & listened to the lyrics, & I see now what you mean 😳😳 

I thought when Soapy mentioned 'iffy lyrics', it meant that they just didn't like the song. 

I never paid attentionto the lyrics & there's me thinking it was a lovely soothing song 😅

Overall, a very good selection of tunes this time - I was pleasantly surprised. That entry by @Rachel Stevens on a Pogo Stick is a bit of a find. I used to like that Four Seasons song but I really have gone off it.

I'm having a similar dilemna today in that I like them all pretty much equally, to the point there aren't any absolute standouts within the remaining contestants

I was hoping more people would've gone for some more contemporary entries as I've really gotten into Nu-Disco over the past year or so, which is how I stumbled upon Agnes. I had initially had Dua Lipa entered for this round, but as it featured in Freestyle I decided to change it, which I'm glad of seeing as my second choice here was far lesser known, and more in line with the "hopefully new discoveries for most people" theme I've gone with for the rest of the game (except for the Roderick Stewart round)

I do really like that Kylie entry from @ari101, don't think I've heard that one before and it does stand out as its a far more recent entry

Of the 20th Century entries, the one I'd rank above the rest is @Hello 2D Person Below as I'm quite a fan of CHIC in general and I do think Le Freak stands out from the crowd

Both of those would've gotten a point from me if they weren't already amidst the eliminated contenders

I wondered if there were any modern songs that were classed as Disco, so well done to @ari101 & @Rachel Stevens on a Pogo Stick for both your submissions & showing us something a little less known.

@Butty Brennan was my favourite of the contestants left. I love that song. You should have posted the video with yer man bouncing around all over the stage. I think it's great fun to watch
