I enjoyed a few of them today. This will be a brutal elimination later tonight!
Unlike some of the other contributors I love The Beatles and ergo I love Beatles covers (well some of them anyway) so there was a clear winner today and once again @DejaBoo knocks it out of the proverbial ball park with -
AnnenMayKantereit - Let It Be
Original Artist: The Beatles
I recently discovered these on youtube and they have some fantastic stuff. What a voice.
With the heavy cleaning schedule in the lounge I have to put our picks on in the background and apart from my own Natalie Joly / You're So Vain pick I liked -
@Butty Brennan - Tina Turner - Disco Inferno
Original Artist: The Trammps
and
@Declan A Walsh - Nirvana - Man Who Sold the World
Original Artist: David Bowie
By the way Mrs. Wichi didnt like my pick this round, she said it was too like the Carly Simon original and she may have mentioned I was distracted by the singer rather than the performance. She knows me so well.
Now where did i put that mop.........
