It's particularly annoying if they stop without warning or turn without any indicators.
A bug bear of mine, which I am sure I mentioned before, is drivers being in the wrong lanes, especially when they force their way in aggressively. I witnessed a driver coming out of a shopping centre today driving dangerously. Just to explain, when you exit, there are two lanes: one on left for turning left only, and one on right for turning right close to a roundabout. When you do take that right, you can either veer right at the roundabout or proceed to go straight on with a choice of two lanes. Two cars were coming out of the shopping centre, one on the left lane and one on the right lane. The driver on the left turned right, which was bad in itself. But then, just to compound it, rather than going straight on, he took the right at the roundabout beside the car on the right and ended up overtaking it - no indicator at any stage.
