Wouldn't matter to the getting past the automated menu as the new provider don't have it 🤦 Anyway it looks like he never was assigned a UAN when they were introduced, from a call with the old provider to discuss cancellation - they had to look him up in their old system hence how we realised it likely wasn't a UAN 🤯🤬😅🤦
If you don't know, just accept the first answer on google...
