Random loopers making claims about decoy phones and her 100% not being in the river have more to answer for than the authorities.
I could be wrong but didn't some police and dive crew say she was not in the water and if searched thoroughly she could have been found sooner
Apparently it's not straight forward to find a body in water, especially one with tides. As unpleasant as it is many aren't found until they float as gases build up during decomposition.
The rubberneckers who turned up to trespass and search properties while they filmed it for social media are the assholes here.
