@Laura the Lace Mistress can you elaborate further?

Laura did not counter claim though. It was Benji who did so.

And why did Vincent vote for a fellow wolf when the vote was that close?

I mean take away all the powers and ring stuff and that's the smoking gun really.

Vinnie voting his fellow wolf there makes zero sense

i got mixed up thinking laura counterclaimed ben. if that was the case, and laura was a wolf, it should have been vincent who counterclaimed.

however, it was actually ben that counterclaimed laura as per ina above, so you can ignore my theory here

Let's stop the idle speculation and go back to what we know for a few mins.

Vincent was a wolf. Here are his important posts in the run up to the lynch

Winner gets to blow a big warhorn later

I think we're either voting Laura or we're lynching outside the claims. There's no world where Benji pipes up there if he's a wolf.

Defence of Ben

(16-10-2025, 08:56 PM)Vincent the Artist Wrote:
(16-10-2025, 08:54 PM)Edward the Barber Wrote: Wtf is going on, I feel like I've about 10 pints in me reading the last few pages.

So laura or ben are the last hobbit? And we loose the game if we lynch the hobbit?

When the ben enter the race? Surely a wolf wouldnt pipe up this late, why?

Ben has been softing it all day - He could have been setting up for this, laying the groundwork or trying to get the last hobbit to out themselves. Then laura softed it and Ben hardened and now they are both locked in.

More defence of Ben

(16-10-2025, 08:57 PM)Vincent the Artist Wrote: And I'm on laura, but now Ina is making me think its Ben

Look at this, Vinnie trying to hedge

(16-10-2025, 09:00 PM)Vincent the Artist Wrote: I dunno. I'm holding. Fuck.

For the Shire, I mean day3 wagon!

But sticks because of course he does

Vinnie the wolf trying to push Laura to the noose. In a tight race. Nope, not buying it.

Vinnie and Ben are both wolves. It's just a case of if there's another one or not.

Not sure. I'm hoping he's the last one that's for sure.

If he's not then I'd be looking at either Mick or Will.

And if Benji isn't going to entertain us then I'll prob spend the day looking at them.

At the moment Willie's vote on Laura is suspect however Micks complete non committal vote off wagon actually stands out more tbh

If I was a wolf would it not have been easier for me to hide on the counter wagon?

That's exactly what a wolf might want us to think though 🤣

Though, tbf if Mick was a wolf he votes with Vinnie there and it's game ball as Laura dies.

Meh, I think it's just Benji left tbh

True that but I had my doubts on Will all game and just decided to stick to my guns.

Hopefully Laura be on soon to give us her thoughts as it looks like Ben has given up

Looking at the vote history, Benji's voting does stand out. You would often see wolves in games afraid to vote on wagons and just sticking themselves on Ina and then Mick the last two days is a good way of anti-spewing themselves. Even if he flies solo on Mick again tonight and then Mick reveals as wolf tomorrow, I dont think that clears him because it could have been an elaborate plan devised by them to create separation from the outset. Everybody else has voted on wagon at least one other day.

Even outside of the claim, I think its unlikely that Ina votes Betty there. They have killed 2 villagers since also with early votes but I think those are victims of circumstance there rather than leading wagons to lynch villagers. If Laura is a villager, then we are looking to the day1 single voters to find wolves. That would be premier distancing

Vinnie does some wagonomics here.

It's interesting because wagonomics can't be faked so I think he's talking truth here as at this point yesterday it seems highly likely that Laura was getting the noose yesterday

@William the Grave Robber can you chuck all three vote counts up in one post if possible?

Look I think it's a conversation that becomes more serious post Benji lynch really, if we are still going.

No harm trying to flesh out the more suspect of yourself and Will before that though, just in case

One power of the ring is to change the lynch to guarantee a wolf is killed, the wolf is randed so Vincent was killed.

The very air shivered with the knowledge of the Ring’s presence, and the remaining forces of evil were roused to a heightened fury.

Yet, by some grace of fate, the exact location of the ringbearer remained veiled, a pinpoint of light shimmering maddeningly beyond their true grasp. Frustrated, the enemy could not precisely seize its prize. Instead, the wrathful will of Mordor lashed out, a sweeping, blind blow of pure malice directed at the suspected region. And there, amongst the innocent and the unwary, was struck down one known by the humble name of Maeve the Madam, who perished instantly, a tragic, unintended sacrifice to the eternal War.

The forces of evil are now more keenly attuned to the call and power of the ring, and desperately seek its call again, that their vision may, perchance, improve

Perchance, as they approached the village, their evil gazes fell upon a Halfling sat crying alone, weeping for the loss of his closet friend. As they approached, he heard a sound and looked up in unfounded hope, calling out "Frodo, is that you?" but his hope was extinguished as fast as his life, the servants of Sauron cascading upon him with a fury.

Pat the Baker is dead. He was Samwise Gamgee, Hobbit of the Shire

I'm just trying to get all this clear in my head before Benjamin reappears and tries to cause confusion again.

I havent voted yet but that is the way it is looking. If I had to choose another wolf it is between Mick and William, probably the latter.
Frank has escaped our notice. Not sure that is a good thing.

Unless, and this is a reach- unless Ina (and then by default Laura) have been playing a long game. Anyone could have been munched this morning. Eddie was the most obviously village, so he ostensibly could have been left til last by the woves.

The fact Edward was munched leads me to believe there's just Benjiwolf left amongst us.

Two wolves could survive leaving the tracker around but not one, if they were caught red handed they'd be done for.

Does three not seem low in the case of 16 original players? I don't know really.
I mean the two we have killed (by default or otherwise) are not Sauruman nor Sauron. I don't know enough about LOTR- in my head Sauron was just the big eye thingy (it's been a while since I watched, and my son who read all the books is away), but I take it "he" was a character of sorts, not just a spirit/being. Therefore it would make sense that he features in some capacity. So Ben is Sauraman, let's say. And then is there a greater evil in Sauron?
