@Edward the Barber it was a good effort, but when elrond named you the SK there is really nothing anyone can do.

now whether or not he did actually investigate you will be revealed in the fullness of time, but in the meantime you gotta go.

(14-10-2025, 11:03 AM)Edward the Barber Wrote: At the risk that someone might do a leggy on me, please hold fire. I'm a villager, but not just any villager. I have information I can provide

(14-10-2025, 12:21 PM)Edward the Barber Wrote: The reason I said I am not just a villager is because players have called for me to be shot. Otherwise I would have kept quiet. Unfortunately the information I have is not overly helpful. I was able to check someone last night if they had an action. I checked Prada, they had an action, unfortunately now they are dead. however it confirms to me that their action (investigating) was during the night.
What does investigator mean, like a seer?
Now unless they had this action on Sunday then they didn't investigate me. I had not action on Sunday night so I doubt Prada either. If she said I was the SK it was only speculation, as I know I'm not the sk and I doubt they used any action before last night

(14-10-2025, 12:27 PM)Edward the Barber Wrote:
(14-10-2025, 12:24 PM)Mick the Drunk Wrote: No her action would have been last night so why couldn't it have been you?
When did she say I was the SK?

I got the result from my power today after munch so Prada likely never even received theirs

(14-10-2025, 12:35 PM)Edward the Barber Wrote:
(14-10-2025, 12:29 PM)Frank the Tank Wrote: Her actions was alignment check which is different to seer.
Why didn't they investigate you last night? They could have. Why did you check Prada?

Vincent and Prada voted my last night, I was picking one of them

(14-10-2025, 12:29 PM)Rhoda the Spinster Wrote: Why would you only get it this morning? Why not post-lynch?

My power work at night, actions can take place anytime over the night, so I get the answer post munch, obviously if I'm munched the answer dies with me. It is not an unusual perk in ww

(14-10-2025, 12:30 PM)Magda the Maid Wrote: nah alignment checks/seer checks are usually given during the night phase when they are requested

So when did Prada say I was the SK? Post lynch last night

(14-10-2025, 12:40 PM)Edward the Barber Wrote:
(14-10-2025, 12:36 PM)Frank the Tank Wrote: Dodge as hell.
Powers work at night, but you usually get the results when you place it not after munch. I call bull on this.
So if I ask the mods did X have an action at 11am last night they come back and say no. If that same X put a kill in at midnight, then my power was useless?

@Edward the Barber was your power a one and done, or each night?

How can I answer this. One and done is not much use to the village and each night gets me killed by the wolves or SK if I'm not lynched.

I'm screwed either way

sorry missed this, I had to check what this means, no I'm not

(14-10-2025, 04:52 PM)Edward the Barber Wrote: Vote me tonight and we are down another villager, a roled villager. It was not a one and done. However I will be munched in the morning if you keep me.
so we have to make a choice
lynch me and we are down probably 3 villagers by tomorrow morning (if there are again 2 kills)
keep me and we could be still down 3 villagers or we could potentially lynch a wolf/sk
I'll be honest, if I was not me I would probably vote for me, I picked the wrong player last night to track, anyone else and I could have looked better to everyone.
Ask yourself this though, if I was a wolf or sk, I could have lied and said I tracked someone else and got no action and I wouldn't have looked so bad. I'm a roled villager, I tracked Prada and unfortunately for me now they are dead and can't confirm anything

(14-10-2025, 05:03 PM)Edward the Barber Wrote:
(14-10-2025, 04:57 PM)Wendy the Wench Wrote: What, did you track them? Who did they visit?
This seems like a nonsense claim, now that they have said track, and not given any more info.

The only info I get is if they completed an action or not during the night.

(14-10-2025, 05:07 PM)Edward the Barber Wrote:
(14-10-2025, 05:04 PM)Wendy the Wench Wrote: Why did you say 'track'? That is a different role than what you are describing.

If track is the wrong word, then sorry. I only get info if the player completes an action during the night or not

(14-10-2025, 05:11 PM)Magda the Maid Wrote: Surely when you are giving the command to the mods it is there for you, and you would know what it is. Be it a movement check, watcher or a track. So which exactly is it?
Watcher, and I picked the wrong Blooming person to watch last night

You also didn't do some basic research prior to trying to back up your claim 😂 could it be possible that Eddie is a wolf instead? And trying to get the real legolas to come out for his friends..

If I was a wolf I could have said I watched another wolf last night and they had no action. I dont think a wolf would have played this as bad as I have with others to help them

That's true enough but he came in only for a short while and then left again.. Prada did ask questions prior to calling him SK about how we think the SK would be played.. I think it was her anyways

And then that would make more sense with an alignment check. Either way we shall see later 😂

Not really, cause you would have been putting an unknown there that would need to be looked at them because you would be flipped anyways

I've tried to read back on all I've missed but I don't have time to go in depth and I certainly don't have time for quoting. I think someone said I was too quiet yesterday but I posted loads, until evening when like I say life just took over. I was also honest in my voting. I had an issue with pat. I voted pat. It was day one. There wasn't much to go on.

Very suss on Ed now as SK.
Very suss on Rhoda.
Finding Inas posts very insightful.

I'll have to do a deep dive this evening but right now I'd also be voting for Edward unless this 'information' comes to something.

If you want to vote me cause I'm quiet, no arguments here. My boss would be happy anyway. But I promise I'm on the side of good and you'll have wasted your votes.

Go in peace. I will return when the hour suits.

This is the bull betty was spouting. Why do you think that's a good defense?

betty Wrote:To be honest I think you're wasting a vote on me,

It's not defense it's the truth. In all fairness Wendy, what else am I supposed to say?

I'm just making the point that I understand if people want to vote for me on account of how quiet I've been today but I am a just a villager who's real life is getting in the way.

This feels sus like you're trying too hard. I was accused of pocketing. This seems more like it to me.

Same as this morn I'm leaning towards Rhoda or Edward for lynch. Still miles behind but am leaning more towards Rhoda at the mo.

The Legolas claim is blooming obvious. Why would a SK be so bold to claim this role? It is one of the main characters and likely to be in the game. Too easy to catch themselves in a lie.

Or someone who only has day actions

From the OP, all actions are night actions.

Day Phase - 10am−9pm: This is the voting phase. Players discuss, debate, and vote to lynch one person they suspect is a Wolf. The person with the most votes is eliminated from the game.
Night Phase - 9pm−10am: The GM receives private messages from players with special roles. The Wolves choose their target, the Serial Killer chooses theirs, and any special actions are carried out.

I am using speech to text.So if it goes a bit wonky , apologies. The fighting irish thing was directed at william , and I wonder what he mean.
In relation to w o m I meant world of men william didn't speak much today , and then comments in a very obscure manner about a football match in the world of men as opposed to all of the happenings on the threa. Tread.
In relation to my suspicions, I see that everyone is going for Edward. I don't believe his protestations, but I am also deeply suspicious of those who voted for me last night because I know who I am and therefore I am looking at Laura or Magda. Their posting has been peculiar in 2 different ways. Today, Laura, for only popping in now, but that could be wom related and Magda, for the back-and-forth with Wendy over and over.
