Damn, I could only think of three: USA, Pakistan and Sao Tome & Principe

I wasn't sure whether the latter was a country, and I didn't realise there were so many -stan options to split the numbers, so thought Pakistan would score higher

After I submitted, I did think Christmas Island would have been an appropriate answer, but sadly it's a territory of Australia so would have been wrong
