When you're on that page click the little 3 dots at the bottom right of the gif. When that opens hold down on the image until you see 'open in new tab' amd select that.. Copy and paste that url address into where you usually paste the giphy address on this site (the icon that looks kinda like a TV screen) and it should work

Select your gif so that it pops up
Hold on the gif and select 'open in new tab
Copy the url
You can insert this into a post of you hit the reply button or new post button. E.N. posted a screenshot of the icon to select, paste your url in there and then hit insert. Alternatively use the image wrap that nothing posted either side of the url.

I'll look for these posts and quote them for you.

Fixed! Just stick [img] at the start and [/img] at the end, no spaces

I use my mobile almost exclusively here. All you need to do in quick reply is... 

Click on the emoji bit of your keyboard, there should be a gif bit, search and select your gif of choice, that adds a link

Put image tags around the link, like this -

Make sure there are no spaces between the tags and the link and that's it!
