Congrats @nothing @E.N. and @Trigger and of course to @Mam of 4 for the stunning spoon grab at the end.

I do like Top Gear but am not a 'petrol head' or anything but I did enjoy putting this together.

Thanks to all 18 of you for taking part and for those who joined in the reveal and made it such fun.

I had a read of this Reveal. even though I had NOT taken part in the contest. Very enjoyable. Congratulations to Nothing (again!) and the other podium holders. Another good hosting from the Wichita Man - you are good at this! Special mention to Mam of 4 who manages to walk away from the Wooden Spoon despite the best efforts of Seph!

My Focus is 12 next month, so a newer car would not be turned down even if it isn't worth 6 figures 🤣 But this conversation has reminded me my NCT is up shortly. Doh! 😅

Watched this Formula 1 series on Netflix last year and really really enjoyed it.

Wouldn't have thought, but there is some amount of bitching going on on those tracks between the rival team's  Big Grin

Just catching up now.  Congrats nothing, very well played.  And thanks for another fun game Witchy.

I flirted with the wooden spoon a little too much for my liking, and it would have been a lot worse if I'd gone with my original Ferrari driver rather than Schumi.  Imo Gilles Villeneuve is the greatest driver never to win the World Championship, but fortunately I realised that a lot more people have heard of Schumacher than Villeneuve.

As for my first car, this was mine, a Peugeot 106.  You could nearly turn it in the driveway the turning circle was so small, and it was great fun throwing it into a corner.  Wasn't so much fun when I had to give four lads a lift to match one day.  Even pulling away from lights on a flat road was a major effort.  They were big guys too, I've no idea how three of them fit in the back seat.

Drive to Survive is really enjoyable.  I've been an F1 fan for over 40 years, and it was great to see the level of access the film crews were given.  However I'd really love to see the stuff that they weren't allowed to film or show.  Guenther Steiner (the head of Haas) is hilariously one of the sweariest men on TV.  Big Grin  No word on a fourth season yet, but if they have one it'll be very interesting to see what they show of the sh*tshow that was the last race of the season.

This was my first car, a 1987 Ford Fiesta, me and my 2 younger brothers all learned to drive in it.

I gave 4 lads from my college course a lift home one day, and parked my car at their house as we were going out. When I went to get the car the next day, it wasn't outside their house where I left it. They had gotten home from the pub, and those 4 with 2 friends, were able to lift the car, and move it down the road a bit! Like you, when all 4 were in the car, it was almost dragging off the ground.
I had a 1991 Peugeot 205 as my next car - my dad bought it for £75 in 2000/2001 I think - and it is probably my favourite car I have ever owned. Such good fun to drive. I went off to Australia for a year in 2004, and when I got back, my dad had sold it for parts to some rally driver. I was broken hearted Big Grin

Thanks for running @Wichita Lineman, I am in no way surprised to have finished quite so low. Congrats @nothing, podium winners and @Mam of 4!

Sounds familiar! There was one lad in our house in uni with a car. He parked down a narrow lane behind the house and always reversed in, otherwise getting out was a pain. So, of course, the rest of us would often go and lift it, turn it around and put it back in its spot facing the wrong way. To this day I don't know if he knows it was us, I presume he must do 🙈
