[Closed] Transformers™ Werewolf 15 player game.

Has it been ages since we had a werewolf game or is that just my perception?

Anyhow, I have a premade one somewhere, let me go find it and i'll update this post with details.

I think it was Transformers™.

Okay, I found it.



This is the sign up sheet for Transformers - The Werewolf Game.

This will be a 15 player open setup game, sign ups will remains open until 15 players sign up.

A lynch thread will be provided to colllect the lynch nominations

Munch will be at 11am and only lynch votes after the munch has been posted are counted.

Lynch voting cut-off is timestamp 8:59pm. Lynch nomination posts made at 9:00pm or after will not be accepted.
The lynch will happens as soon as the votes are counted and a post will be made.
Night time then begins.
Posting is allowed during the night.

Thread is closed between 9am and 11am.
All Night actions must be submitted before 10am.

- Game will run everyday including weekends until it is finished, starting as soon as I can, after we get a full sign up sheet.

Site anon accounts are available to be used if you so wish, pm me and i'll get you access to one, which you can use to sign up with.

Game is open setup. ( The meaning of which is that below is exacty what you can expect in the game. There are no mod secrets. I'll be as fair as possible, but any decisions I make will be final. )

The deceptacons will be reprepresented by Megatron, Starscream and Skywarp.

The Autobots will try to defend the earth against the onslaught with the help of Optimus Prime and Bumblebee who have some tricks up their sleeves to assist the Autobots in the battle.

3 x wolf ( Megatron, Starscream and Skywarp.)

Autobots

2 x JOAT (Jack of all trade*) (Optimus Prime and Bumblebee)
10 x vanilla villager



* Jack of all Trade has following powers.
{9 x Body Guard, Protection Night Action. Protection will protect your target from being killed. You will not learn whether you successfully protected someone. You may change your target as many times as you want. The last action submitted will be used. You cannot target the same player on consecutive nights.

9 x Tracker, Tracking Night Action. Tracking another player informs you who that player used a Night Action on that night, if any. You will not learn what type of Night Action your target has. You may change your target as many times as you want. The last action submitted will be used.

9 x Motion Detect, Motion Detect Night Action. Motion Detecting another player will detect any motion surrounding that player that Night. If they visit someone or were visited by someone else, you will detect motion. If they did not visit anyone and were not visited by anyone, you will not detect motion. You will not learn what type of Night Action was used on or by your target or who used those actions. You may change your target as many times as you want. The last action submitted will be used.

JOAT must use all powers once, before a second use of powers becomes available. That is, if JOAT uses body guard first, they must then use track and motion detect before being able to use body guard again.

No character claiming. If you are found to be character claiming, your team will get a penalty, which may include a modkill.

You can claim your role or in game abilities, just not your game character.

If lynch ends in a tied vote, the person in the tie with the latest vote will be lynched.


- A 5 post minimum will be in effect and will be counted lynch to lynch.

- If substitutes are available, they will take over for anybody falling below this minimum.

- Wolves munches are assigned to the wolf that requests the munch and they will display as an action to the Tracker and the Motion Detector actions.


- The munch is mandatory, and if not volunteered, I will rand the action and actioner.

I've never played a game with JOAT roles, it seems like a huge advantage for the village.

Do the 2 JOATs have a backroom together or act independently? If the latter one could mistake the other for a wolf based on detecting motion or tracking. I also don't understand the difference between detecting motion and tracking, what is visiting someone or being visited?

only wolves share rooms in this setup.

if I was to select fred for motion detect, I would either recieve, no detections have been reported, or motion has been detected.
Any action being preformed by fred, or any action preformed on fred would be detected as motion.

With tracking you will recieve a destination of who a player preformed an action on that night.
In this example, you are tracking a fred, who is a JOAT. They are preforming a motion detect on Wilma.
You will be told that fred visited wilma.

visiting another player to ... spy on them, kill them, etc.

being visited is being the unknown party that is being acted upon.

Bloody hell, that's confusing! It would be very difficult to figure out what the result of the tracking or motion detection meant.

I hope I'm not a JOAT, I'd have an epic meltdown in my backroom.
