I have a bit of time now so:

From the OP. To me this reads as though there are there are hobbits and these are a sub-set of the Fellowship, not one and the same. 


Someone has the ring currently, and even if they die, the power can transfer to someone else. HOwever, if all the "ring-bearers" fall (does that just mean all Villagers?) we are screwed, or again is this a sub-set of people?

I see Ina also mentioned this. Sorry I am reading and replying choronologically. 

Like others, I agree that is may not be clear who dies  in a munch, but I guess we will find that out by 10am tomorrow.

Not sure on number of wolves but could Sauron be Alpha? 

Vernon mentions "multiples". Is that some sort of 2 headed monster wolf? Or just multiple wolves. 


Feel like the following know something additional from behind the scenes, not necessarily in a nefarious manner though. (failing that they are either big LOTR fans and/or experienced players)

It is Magda who makes a comment on page 1 about the "follow up post" that I mentioned last night. There is NO follow up post that I can see, esp not one that mentions Sauran not being a physical being.... 

She also references a whole bunch of really insighful stuff in that post. 
Later on she indicates that the non posters should be left to the mods. The way it is phrased though, coupled with the earlier insightful post, make it seem more like she knows about flavour kill rather than they would be killed for not posting. 

Wendy posting lots of very village lean type stuff in the early pages. And calling people all sorts of stuff! MAgda calls it reaction posting. 
The AI thing is unusual IMO but not necc nefarious.

Laura- you mentioned no day actions but if there is a SK they will presumably strike at some stage?

Magda and Betty appear to be close in some way- I can't put my finger on it- in the early pages. Wendy calling Betty a liar doesnt make sense to me. She is knowledgable- and you would have to ask why, rather than say it's a lie

Ditto Vernon to an extent, but he seems more remote.  And then asks questions about stuff as if he isnt sure of game play which is interesting. And later this morning, he again asks for calm. I agree with him on his 2 leans though. Why he is wrestling with self doubt later in the day is concerning. (why self?)

Pat points out from the GM post this morning that it might be Sauraman as Alpha. I am trying to remember the various LOTR characters. I'll have a google after this.

Ina also proving quite insightful. Other side of same coin as Magda (or Betty)? I dont think so per se, not a feeling I am getting in my waters.

To answer Pat about the agression- I think there was a lot of shouting at the start- some at everyone (Wendy for example) and some at one another- Betty, Magda, Ina, you. Now that could be coz ye are the most prolific posters so far. Who's to say?

The ring def seems to do something. I am guessing bad- and I said so in my earlier post. There does seem to be corruption somewhere. So if enough good people are converted to wolves, they win by force of numbers alone rather than through munches (And incorrect lynches by the village). Kind of like the "Recruitment" in Traitors?

why is Wendy so keen to oust Pat? Prada and Ben rushing to his defence.

Ok I havent got through all of page 9 nor 10 and 11. I need some time to reflect on stuff @Pat the Baker hence the delay in my deliberations. And, as I mentioned earlier, had much to attend to today in the World of Man. 

I'll post this for now, have dinner and pop back with my thoguhts on page 9 and beyond, as well as my PSP and who I have locked in.

I said no day actions because of the OP.
