Have you any insights based on the OP? I did read the books years ago but they were very, very tedious.

So tedious. The movies were great though.
I completely forgot I signed up to this, so haven't tried to wrap my head around the detail in the OP yet.
"I amar prestar aen" is this just flavour or does it mean something?

It means "The world has changed" as per the OP. Ina said the first part is the opening of the book and just flavour.
