The generally accepted read so far is that the Waitress is the SK. The OP was clear that Ryan McPoyle had the milk so those are two different people. Is the Alchemist deliberately mixing things up?

The Waitress could have served it though, right? Like how can someone just die in the middle of the day like that?

Looks like the wolves have powers/items that give an extra kill to them. The main question now is whether there was just one glass of milk or whether there's more going around.
