Would a villager kill another villager, or would only a wolf kill a villager like the way Maeve (RIP)  got killed?

Maeve was killed by the wolves as they have the milk but yes village has been known to kill other villagers but this is not on purpose - it is because the village doesn't play with perfect information like the wolves do. The wolves know who is village but the village don't know who is wolves so can hit a villager while trying to hit a wolf.
