Does keeping votes secret not give more chance of a tied vote?

If people are declaring votes, wolves need to vote where they say or else it will potentially look dodgy if they change an intended vote to someone else and we end up in a tie

I'm catching up page by page. Transparency is key, especially if there is a someone who can manipulate votes . I don't see the benefit in hiding who we vote for

From the OP the only wolf I'd say who could possibly manipulate votes is Jafar.. Do we think it is possible?
