Am I right in thinking that a declared vote system would be honour based? As in we would only know if there's been a successful manipulation if the outcome doesn't match and even then we wouldn't necessarily know who pulled a switcheroo?

As a general rule of thumb,  the game mod posts who voted for who after each lynch is finished

So if player x said they are voting for player y, but game mod says they voted for player z, then either player x is lying or their vote was manipulated somehow
