PIS is perfect information syndrome. Since I won a prize with a specific characteristic, I asked about the other prize to see if it matched mine. Had I not won a prize, like other players, I wouldn’t have had any reason to suspect the prize could be alignment indicative.
I cannot quote PM but it simple states I can use it on any banished player, but does not specify that I can use it on any Day.
