Review

This movie had a great setting though not an awful lot more. Woody Harrelson is usually a good bet though here he plays a fun loving guy which I think was a miscast. Everyone seemed a bit miscast to be honest. Ben Kingsley turns up half way into the movie (he appears briefly at the beginning) which is when it kicks into gear, unfortunately it’s only 2nd gear. The female lead was very annoying, going around taking random pictures of people which seemed very rude. Nothing very exciting happens, lots of plot holes, lots of Russians shouting in Russian (some of which I understood), overall I thought it was a bit lazy filmmaking. Not a good nomination, fortunate to score as high as it did.
