Ok so a slight change of plan here. Since we have quite a few songs eligible for both regions, I will randomize them into one region. If this doesn't seem fair please let me know, we can change it again

Currently we have 74 songs in each so there will be a qualifying round.

Also, I looked at all the nominations from the original contest and included every song that fitted the criteria for this one.
