I must admit that I have liked what Laura has posted today and I’ve question is she/isn’t she.

If I had to leave Laura off a list then I’d replace her with William and even though I didn’t think it was possible earlier in the game, I’d have a Mick/William team right now.

I don’t think a Frank Wolf would keep on and on at me like he has so I’m going off the mick/Frank team right now.

Clear as day Edward revealed himself as legolas and the punishment was the loss of frodo.

We know Ed is good now but at what cost.

I can tell you all my thoughts on Laura but I'm sure it will lead to my lynch. Still looks like that's happening anyway.

Some thoughts would be good. Any thoughts on anyone else apart from Laura?

FFA in no particular order

William - his back and forth with Magda last night after she roled revealed doesn't sit right with me

Vernon - hasn't been around, the most noticeable interaction was with Pat, said he'd be back this afternoon

Ben - I gave reasons for him earlier

Notably, Vernon and Benjamin were discussing potential village roles

First of all my work is just gone mental the last couple of days and for that I apologise. I wouldn't have signed up to the game if I had known that would happen. Secondly I can only use my phone for this thread so reading back to suss a person out is a time consuming nightmare and no way am I multi quoting.

So I took a long look at Vincent and while I know this is pot calling the kettle black, he has not said a single thing of any substance. No insights on anyone and he hasn't even properly picked on anyone to reaction test or check their responses. He seems to just jump on whatever the most recent bandwagon is and I'm trying to decide if hes

1) a half arsed player
2) in the same position as me and simply too busy.
3) a wolf trying to fly under the radar.

I spent twice as long faffing about looking at Laura.
I went with her because at the time it looked like she was in line for lynch.

I gotta be honest, even though it will only bring my death closer but I didn't feel her posts were wolfy at all. Yes there's a lot of 'I'll read back laters' (pot kettle again I know) but she seemed fair enough in her thoughts. She got flack from pat and frank early days for her initial reads but they seemed innocuous enough to me. She was honest about her voting and the timing even though others had trouble grasping when she voted despite her quoting herself twice. I can only assume the heat is on her because of her questioning Prada final whisper but I can totally see where's she's coming from. We KNOW Prada was roled. It makes sense to assume SOMETHING she said had substance. I felt she made a good point when she hypothesised that Prada might have seen Edward was bad and assumed SK since he voted a wolf day one. OK we see now neither prada nor laura were correct but it felt like a fair line of thought to me.

Personally I was wondering if no one was countering the legolas claim because putting legolas in the game was almost too obvious and maybe our divine overlord decided not to for that very reason. (yep OK I'm wrong but it was just a thought).

Anyway that's what I WAS thinking. Now that we know EDs a RV I don't know what to think and frankly I think I probably wasted my little free time on trying to figure all that out to now end in a lynch. Which I can assure you my boss will thank you for, but you won't thank yourselves.

Doesn't look like Laura is getting much traction so if its just me there I'll look at switching. That was my wagonomics based vote

If not there im voting vern, mick or william. None are really playing the game

Howya anyway Mick, what ya thinking?

I've been better Pat - I need to win the lotto so I can retire.

My top two would be Laura and William:

Laura for her D1 vote, her absence over the last two days - coming in when she is under a bit of pressure and disappearing again. She is also trying to twist posts to suit her narrative - Edward being a wolf and Prada being wrong - and when challenged on that she quickly moved on to Ben

William - it could be just his play style but he just seems to pop up randomly and post as if he is not reading the thread and has already checked out for today. Now I know that is a bit rich coming from a low poster myself but at least I am making the effort to follow the thread when I can and not just ignoring the posts.

I am sticking with this and voting William as at least Laura is fighting her case

Yeah, it's the energy dip, I obviously can't prove it but it's like with Betty getting hit Verns enthusiasm for the game went completely too.

It might be coincidence but I don't think it is. Then they had a woe is me everyone's out to get me post earlier with promises to come back during the day and haven't been seen since. Thing is, it's literally only me who seems to want to lynch Vern right now so it seemed like a strange reaction to have.

Betty tried to do the same thing when I called them out. Avoid, avoid avoid and not engage in meaningful discussion at all. When I tried to get suspicions, they'd say later and be non committal, Vernon had that same word salad naming a bunch of low posters this morning.

Honestly Ina this is so weak.

Fair enough if you want to lynch me but my energy dipped because I lost enthusiasm after Betty died?? It's a game. Do you think I'm the depths of despair over a pretend wolf being pretend killed?

First of all, I'm not a wolf, second of all that's laughable on so many levels.

Kill me with some real conviction or don't kill me at all.

It is factual you have made many promises to come back and provide information and yet only now, when the noose is closing around your neck do you come alive again.

And now you come back with a read on Vincent (fine with that) and a hard defence of Laura after saying you suspected her this morning alongside Frank and Mick, I believe your word salad was. No mention of Vincent then either, I might add.

I don't think you're in despair at all Vernon I just think you're a wolf and you're struggling to find things to say that make you look like a villager.

It's factual I wasn't as busy on Monday yes. It is absolutely not factual that it's because Betty died. And I never said I suspected Laura this morning. I said I wanted to read more about some low posters such as Laura.

My boss was bragging today that we got loads of work done today and the rest of the week should be grand so Jesus I hope I get to do some posting tomorrow, if I'm still alive (ha!) but it'll still be phone posting. I empathize with what you're saying about trying to read back on the phone. You seem to have a little more time to do it than I do..

Contrary to what you said, I do feel like I have tried to solve. I've tried to find villagers probably more than wolves, I just haven't had the capacity to do multi quote cases like I would normally do.

I like how you've re-evaluated your read on Laura and unless you are both wolves, this is a villager look for you. It would be very easy to paint a narrative to stay stuck on Laura if you're a wolf

Yeah well according to Ina that's just all 'woe is me' posting
Bit snarky there vern

Any read on Mick or Frank then seeing as you wanted to read up on them

Is it fair to say verns main read of the game was based on my first post of the game and saying I was defensive? They voted me and pretty much nothing else till now?

My exactly quote. If you could refrain from blatantly lying about me @Ina May the Midwife that would be just lovely

Be careful with your mention of things outside here due to the no meta gaming! If you have info we don't want to lose you based on this.

Why didn't you want Edward to share the information he had?

If we have a BG then we need to protect Edward as our only confirmed villager

Why is Edward the only confirmed villager?

I originally thought 3 with the SK in play and the mention of corruption - but to date there has been no evidence of corruption so maybe it is the 4. We should work on the worst case basis and assume 4

Who are your 4 wolves then?

Where's your peek/shoot/protect? And FFA?

I am sticking with this and voting William as at least Laura is fighting her case

Any other thoughts with reasons given you think 4 wolves?

You call it lying, I call it using the information you blurt out and don't follow through on. Word Salad.

You haven't a notion how to post like a villager Vern so now you're getting snippy with me.

That is probably fair enough.

Just to add I found edward very suss yesterday just like most other people. His inability to describe his role accurately in particular is why I voted him. I didn't put all that on thread because it had been covered ad nauseum
