I really enjoyed the Christmas songs version that E.N. put on, so I will have a go myself. Smile

You are looking for the name of a Christmas Movie for each clue but with one letter changed in the title.

I'll post up the answers tomorrow at some stage.

 1. I fancied a bit of a change this year so      I did a tour of Italian cities this Christmas. There was meant to be a few of us going but the others dropped out, so in the end I went by myself.

2.      This little wind instrument I got as a Christmas present is simply amazing. It also goes great with this drum I got.

3.      Merry Christmas you flaming galah!

4.W      When we were young my father used to entertain us by dressing up as Jolly Old Saint Nick every Christmas.

5.      What’s the matter with Chuck? He’s had a worried look on his face all through the festive season.

6.      Have a look at this beautiful tame bird I got for Christmas. What's that you say? No! I’ll have you know this is not a just a common pigeon as a matter of fact.

7.      Did you hear that NASA launched a probe on Christmas day? Apparently it is going to fly straight to the sun to study solar flares.

8.      This was one of the worst Christmases I’ve ever had! I hated every minute of it!

9.      What’s my favourite town in Ireland? Well, for me it simply has to be that beautiful town in County Kerry every time. Do you know the one I mean? It’s on the peninsula.

10.  I went for a walk with my brother on Christmas Day. Never again; the way he trudges along like a tortoise really gets on my nerves.

11.  Next year I plan to invite Mr Lampard and Mr Sinatra to spend the festive season with me.

12.  My wife wanted us to invite Mr and Mrs Hall out for a drink on Christmas Eve. I told her to forget it, I hate them so much. I don’t care if I never see them again.

Sorry about the big gaps between clues. I don't know why it did that. Confused

I tried to keep it to quite well known films, so nothing too obscure for anyone hopefully.

The  feedback seems to be that I've made the clues too hard. Blush  So to help out a bit this is the number of words and letters in each film title: just like in a crossword puzzle.

Working through the rest, the numbers helped me on 4 and 11 so far

1, 4, 6, 9, 11 and 12 were the only ones I got without Googling. 3 was obviously Elf, but I couldn't figure out what letter to change Smile
