Unlike regular forum games, Chain Games can run on indefinitely - they do not have any finite ending (or series of endings in the case of some games). So, they are treated a little differently. If someone comes up with a brand new Chain Game, there is nothing to stop them putting up a link to it from the New Games thread if they so wish, or indeed the Shout Box. I did not start this Chain Games forum, but I did start this particular thread. The purpose of this thread is to promote/bump up some Chain Games, where they have fallen a bit out of use. There is nothing to stop anybody else putting in their Chain Games bumps in this thread.

Edit: Come to think of it, there are various different categories of Games in FOG with their own peculiarities such as MSPaint and Werewolf and Walrus.

The bumping thread is now where its at so that it doesn't itself need to be bumped in order for it to be found.

I grasp the concept of sticky-ing threads, which is why I brought it up. it's a bit superfluous to point out inactive threads, when anyone easily find on this and the next page and see for themselves which ones they wish to play. It's not like a million threads are hidden from view and hard to locate. Repeatedly calling attention (and reminding the few of us left) to play one posters personal faves does not seem particularly 'sticky worthy" is all I am saying.

I get it, just don't see the point... not that it matters ... no bother really, I can simply ignore the redundant sticky as easily as any other thread - just pointing out the obvious... in an extremely quiet forum.
