It's the one, the only, Mam of an indeterminant number of sprogs sometimes assumed to be 4:

Contaminated island, shipwrecked sailors, blonde woman making tea, coronavirus germs

Mam originally had the woman making 'team' but I figured I'd try help Wichita on that one, so I asked for a recheck... 🤣
Those infected germ things looked angry, and Mam has given them their place in history, wonder if this is where they originally came from? 🦟🦠 (<<< emoji options for virus are a bit meh 😕)

Our sailors are alive and signalling for help now... but blondie has two cuppas there and some evil Jaffa cakes, banished to the equivalent of a lepper colony where they belong. Wonder if that's how these lads will get infected....

We started here:

Along the way
We lost... a giant hand, broccoli trees, cheese mountains, and peppers... (clearly no one is getting their 5 a day, no wonder the place is infected)
We kept... sailors (via life is travelling footballers (thanks God) and MarioBros) and a boat of questionable condition, though in a much rearranged configuration...
We gained... an island (not the kind you want to visit), the plague, a man/PopEye now transitioned to blonde lady, a burger morphed to a cuppa, and some evil Jaffa cakes for good measure! (No cats were harmed in the making of this infected island)

Sorry I ever doubted ypu Lorcand: your describe had a lot of the elements of the original picture. I seemed to recall a level from a Mario game called Cheese Mountain and it spiralled from there. Shy
